Cancellations may occur. Please let us know as early as possible. We will endeavour to be accommodating – however should the room remain vacant upon short-term changes made by you, we will unfortunately be obliged to charge cancellations costs in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations

In case of a cancellation we have following valid conditions:
* 3 month prior to the booked arrival date / no fees
* 3 to 1 month prior to the booked arrival date / 40% of your booked arrangement
* 1 month to 1 week prior to the booked arrival date / 70% of your booked
arrangement
* within 1 week prior to the booked arrival date / 90% of your booked arrangement
