Forest bathing

Scientific studies show that forest bathing is excellent for everyone and for the whole body:

  • Being in the forest activates quietness and peace in ourselves. It helps us to relax and is further a treat for the organes and our cells.
  • Helps to strenghten the immune systeme as well as the body´s defences.
  • Prevention of burn out and stress relief.
  • Assists to relief respiration problems.
  • And last but not least: is just beautiful.
     

300 year old trees, the sparkle of the morning sun, a lost feather on fresh moss, listening to the birds twitter, lots of green everywhere, to observe our body - all of this is real refreshment and relaxation.
