Our cosy parlours offer many beautiful corners, lots of space and privacy.
We attach great importance to local, regional goods and products. We know the majority of our suppliers personally. We obtain milk, eggs and meat from farmers in the Alpbach Valley, butter and cheese from the cheese dairy in Reith, fresh bread and pastries as well as vegetables from the region. This strengthens the local added value and tastes good to both our guests and us.
Regional, healthy, fresh and varied. Food is not just food, but pleasure and part of a healthy whole issue. Outstanding regional products prepared with many fresh herbs from our own herb garden, lovingly decorated with edible flowers.
Our chef Hannes Treichl and his team create a menu "Alpine", a menu "International" and a menu "Vegetarian" for you every evening. Once again, we are presenting the classics of Austrian cuisine, dishes from the Alpine and Danube regions - newly interpreted.

The excellent evening menus are complemented by an outstanding wine list, created by the host Johannes Duftner, who is an avid wine lover.
