The team at Hotel Böglerhof have thought of everything. There were tiny details and surprises throughout our stay which made it feel very personal and completely exceeded our expectations. The food is incredible, the staff are brilliant, and nothing is too much trouble. We have never felt so at home in a hotel so quickly, and we cannot wait to return.

The Böglerhof is the perfect place for the kids, with a kids’ club and entertainment included. All of the facilities are first class, especially the swimming pool, and the breakfast is unbelievably good. The staff were all extremely helpful and attentive and made our stay so much easier. The children are already asking when we can go back, and I can’t wait for our next visit either.

It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever been to. The room was superb and the food wonderful. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful, and the free lift and bus pass was waiting on our breakfast table. We were served champagne by the owner’s wife at a special meal evening … A superb experience, would definitely recommend.

I sampled the wonderfully varied tasting menu on my most recent visit and would not hesitate to recommend it. Hansi Treichl’s culinary expertise showcases the finest Austrian produce in a tasting menu of either four or seven courses with the perfect wine pairing for each courtesy of sommelier Hannes. Each course is presented with love and care and style, providing a feast for the eyes and the palate.

We can only wait for the mountains to call us again to come visit this sweet hotel with even sweeter people. The atmosphere is always warm and lively and we consider this hotel and Alpbach a true old-fashioned gem, keep it that way please! We are looking forward to coming home to you!
