Bill
To avoid longer waiting times, we recommend that you settle the room bill the evening before departure. Our reception is at your disposal until 9.30 p.m. We also recommend that you check and sign the restaurant receipts daily.

Bögler’s bar
Known as Alpbach’s living room. Our bar manager Nikki and his team serve you home-made pastries and delicacies for the big or small appetite. Open from 10 a.m. to midnight. In good weather, we also open our sunny bar. Best of all: warm cuisine from 11.45 a.m. to 9.45 p.m.

Cancellation conditions
The following cancellation policy applies to holidays:
(except Christmas, New Year's Eve and holiday weeks in February and March)

• up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation possible
• up to 7 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
• within 7 days or in case of no-show: 90 % cancellation fee

The cancellation policy for Christmas, New Year's Eve and the holiday weeks in February and March changes as follows

• up to 2 months before arrival: free cancellation possible
• up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
• up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
• within 1 week or in case of no-show: 90 % cancellation fee

In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be credited towards your next holiday.
We recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance.

Celebrations
Let us know about your special days, such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc. – we will decorate your restaurant table for the occasion. Take time to celebrate life!

Conference room
Fichtensaal: Our conference room can be used for conferences, seminars, and celebrations of all kinds. Please ask at reception for our detailed documents.

Credit cards
We accept the following cards: EC card, Visa, and Mastercard. Please understand that we do not accept cheques. We are happy to grant a 2% discount for cash payment.

Departure
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. – we will be happy to assist you with your luggage (direct dial no. 100). On the day of departure, our spa area is still available to you for the whole day – so you can enjoy your holiday to the full.

Dining out
If you don’t plan on having dinner at the hotel, please inform us by 12 p.m. at the latest. Unfortunately, we cannot take later cancellations into account. You are welcome to deregister for dinner twice during your weekly stay. For shorter breaks (up to 3 nights), we unfortunately cannot refund dinners not consumed.

Dogs
Your four-legged friend is welcome with us. Dogs love the natural landscapes around your holiday home – unfortunately, they are not allowed in our restaurant. A welcome package awaits them in your room. We charge €30.00 per day for pets.

Dog walking service
We will be happy organise a walking service for your four-legged friend; more information at reception.

Do not disturb
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. To protect it, we ask you to use the “Do not disturb” sign if you do not wish to be disturbed. As long as the sign is hanging on your door handle, room cleaning won’t visit your room.

Dress-code in the restaurant
In the evening, we ask you to wear smart casual clothes in the restaurant.

Early breakfast
If you plan to start your day earlier than usual, we will be happy to prepare a "thermo-breakfast" for you. Please inform our reception by 9 p.m.

In our garage, you will find 25 e-charging stations, which you can use free of charge during your stay.

Fitness area
Here you can use state-of-the-art Technogym equipment from 7.15 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. On Tuesdays and Fridays, our trainer will be happy to help and advise you (from 3.30 pm to 5.30 p.m.). The fitness room is only open to adults and young people aged 16 and over. Thank you for your understanding.

“Fuggerstube” gourmet restaurant
Built in the late Middle Ages, this parlour is a real gem and the oldest room in our hotel. The name refers to the Fugger miners’ settlements in Alpbach from this period.
Here, we serve an exquisite menu to discerning gourmets from Thursday to Saturday. Fine dining by Hansi Treichl – we are looking forward to your reservation.

A large selection of games is available for you at reception.

Garage
We assume no liability for parked cars. You can open the gate with your room key or by pressing the bell. The use of our garage (with its 25 e-charging stations) is free of charge. Please note that the maximum height is 1.95m. 18 carports for higher cars can be found behind our Gipfelstaunen building on parking deck II.

Gift ideas
Our gift shop is filled with gift ideas. Browse around and find beautiful bits and souvenirs for your loved ones.

Guest honours
Guests who visit the Alpbachtal for the 5^th, 10^th, 15^th year are almost part of the village and will be honoured by the municipality.

Hairdresser
Our reception will be happy to make an appointment with a local hairdresser.

Hiking equipment
We kindly ask you to leave your hiking boots in the Basecamp – passage through the garage; from here you can take the lift to your room. Hiking poles and hiking maps are available at reception.

Marend snack from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with warm soups and fresh salads, home-made pastries from the in-house patisserie.

We fill your minibar once a day with non-alcoholic drinks, which are available to you free of charge. For each additional refill we charge €3.00.

Do you have a favourite newspaper or magazine? We’ll get it for you – and book the amount due to your room bill.

Reception
Our reception is staffed from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The reception team will be happy to inform you about all current activities, events, excursions, or village-and-valley events (direct dial no. 100).

Restaurant
Our restaurant is open every morning from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. for you. In the afternoon, we look forward to welcoming you between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. In the evening, our restaurant manager Stefanie and her service team await you for dinner from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Room card
If you’ll return to the hotel after 10 p.m., we kindly ask you to take your room card with you, as the front door will be locked.

Request between 7.30 a.m. and 9.30 p.m. by calling 401 (drink service €5.00, food service €10.00).

Rucksack
In your room you will find a Böglerhof rucksack, which you are welcome to use during your stay. You can purchase one of these rucksacks at reception for €39.00.

Our saunas are open between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. for you. Please refer to the pool and sauna information for the exact opening hours.

Smoking
Due to legal reasons, our restaurants as well as Bögler’s bar are non-smoking areas. Our small smoking lounge – next to Bögler’s bar – is at your disposal.

Spa
Our family spa is open daily from 7.15 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. Our pure nature.spa (adults-only) is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Spa appointments
In order to be able to guarantee your desired times, we ask you to book your appointment at the spa reception immediately after your arrival.

Suggestions
It’s all about your holiday – hopefully the most beautiful time of your year – and about Der Böglerhof, our purpose in life. Both are far too important to be negatively influenced by the unspoken. If you have any complaints or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to inform reception directly and immediately. We’ll do everything we can to grant your wishes!

Teen lounge
For our young guests, with billiards, game machines, and internet station: open daily from 7.15 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

Tennis
Our tennis court – located approx. 150m from the hotel – can be used free of charge. Reservations at reception.

Towels
Towels for the pool area can be found in the pool area. Sauna towels are available in the sauna area.

Valuable items
All our rooms feature a safe. To close or open the safe, please enter your own numeric code. Your valuables are insured up to €1,000.00.
