Have you always dreamt of going on a torchlight hike through idyllic nature?

Just imagine: The day is drawing to a close, people are returning to their homes, and nature is also slowly starting to come to rest. Everything is peaceful, quiet, and still around Alpbach ski resort and at the hotel. But the most wonderful experience of the day now awaits you: an atmospheric torchlight hike through Alpbachtal’s idyllic winter scenery. Would you like to see this magic with your own eyes? Then make your way to Reith in Alpbachtal. Every Wednesday evening from 8 p.m., the village shines with the flickering light of burning torches. And the highlights don’t end there! As a participant, before the start of the guided torchlight hike you’ll receive a free, warming punch or fragrant mulled wine at Café Thaler in the pretty village centre of Reith.

PS: The torchlight hike is offered for 3 to a maximum of 15 participants and takes between 1 and 1.5 hours. Good footwear is required, and you’ll need to register at the Reith im Alpbachtal tourist office.
